Quality is verified through documented inspection and testing rather than visual appearance alone. Materials, core and coil assemblies, insulation, connections, tank work and accessories are checked at defined stages before the completed transformer enters final testing.
Every transformer is checked against approved specifications before shipment.
Routine electrical tests confirm key characteristics such as voltage ratio, winding resistance, vector group, insulation performance, no-load loss and load loss where applicable. Test scope and acceptance criteria are aligned with the approved technical specification, relevant standards and any agreed customer inspection requirements.
Inspection records connect material control, manufacturing checkpoints and final electrical results.

Which routine tests are normally performed?

Can customers or third parties witness testing?
Witness or third-party inspection requirements can be coordinated in advance, subject to the agreed inspection plan, schedule and commercial scope.
